A complimentary session? What’s the catch?
You have a new baby, and we want to get to know you both! Have you ever picked up a sample at a store, then purchased that product? That’s the catch. We’re so sure you’ll love your experience at Keane Studios that we’re willing to give you an hour of our time to prove it.
You have nothing to lose, but you may gain a relationship that will follow your baby and your family as you both grow. You’ll be happy, and we know you’ll start telling your friends, as our clients have been doing for years.

What’s included …
Whether your baby is a few days old or starting to walk, we will craft a session just for them. See our Baby Galleries for some ideas. If your baby is under six months, this session may become part of our first year series, called Baby Steps. This session will last up to an hour, but there’s only one little person who will determine exactly how long!
After viewing your images about a week later in our digital projection room, select your favorite image, which will be delivered in web resolution for Facebook, the web, and e mailing. If you choose to order additional portraits, you will select from our Playdate pricing, usually reserved for special promotions. For these special promotions, our clients typically spend about $100 to $300.
What you should know …
- We are a local, professional portrait studio. We are not a chain.
- Our photographers, Bill Keane and Michele Hans, are not just skilled artists, they are baby lovers! You won’t find a “fauxtographer” behind our cameras!
- Our studio is just off I-5, in a beautiful Hacienda building on High Bluff.
- You will be investing about two hours in your session – we’ll talk about some ideas on the phone, then you’ll spend up to an hour creating your images. A week or so later, you’ll come back to view and order, a process that usually lasts about 45 minutes.
